School project regarding researching and redesigning a website with a lot of user experience issues.
For this project I decided to work on craigslist since its one of the most famous websites out there, but its viewer base and popularity is steadily decreasing, and the reason is a lot of bad UX decisions in the website and user issues.
Through the project I was able to pinpoint all the issues the live website has by finding user complaints online and by also conducting my own user research testing. After figuring all the user experience issues, a design has been created that solves the issues of the website while also it keeps the branding and theme of the website the way everyone knows and recognizes it.
